Who Can Benefit From Pilates? *Pilates works well for a wide range of people from children to seniors, athletes, dancers, women rebounding from pregnancy and rehabilitation. *Pilates helps to become stronger, longer, leaner, more coordinated and balanced Beginner Pilates is for anyone wanting to start Pilates, even those who think they can't will find that Pilates shows them they can. These classes focus on the basic movements of Pilates. Most, if not all exercises will be performed in the supine position. All exercises are developed with modifications to cater for any physical limitations and injuries and to challenge at any level. Our beginner classes are on Monday's 9:00am.........Beginner/mixed level 10:30am........Beginner We also offer a Monday 6:15pm mixed level class Intermediate Pilates class works to balance all muscle groups strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Pilates Mat Intermediate level is a challenging yet safe way to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in daily movements. We offer Intermediate/mixed level on Fridays at 9:15am

Cancellation Policy

We are not a gym and do not have someone on the premise all day. Our instructors come in to take booked classes. For cancellations, please contact us at least 12 hours before class time to avoid being charged.
