OUR CLASSES

At Polefusion Fitness Studio we offer the following range of exercise classes to suit all fitness levels and interests:

 

Pole dancing has gained popularity as a form of exercise with increased awareness of the benefits to general strength and fitness. 

 

 

This class is dedicated to improving muscle mass and increasing flexibility, with a focus on great posture and balance.

 

 

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasises use of the abdominals, lower back, hips and thighs.
