using a variety of machines including Reformer/Tower, Cadilac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrell.

A Pole Party is exciting , fun and energetic and a great ice-breaker if your guests don't know each other well.

One-on-One or Duo Session

If you prefer to work out alone or are wanting a specialised programme or are a couple wanting to train together then this could be for you.
