Service Description

Pole Fitness is an exciting and challenging form of fitness that combines dance and gymnastic style moves around a vertical pole. There are many pole moves including spins, poses, floor work, dance and transitional moves, pole to floor and floor to pole moves and inversions. Pole Dancing/Fitness is gaining popularity as a great form of exercise, with an increased awareness of the fitness benefits associated with it. We offer level 1 onward. Please note: You must have completed our Introduction to Pole 8 Week Course or previously been involved with pole to enroll in Level 1 and up. Please ask about our concessions. Waikanae Studio - Tuesday 5:30pm (level 3) and 6:35pm (level 1) - Wednesday 6:30pm (level 1) - Downstairs Studio - Wednesday 7:30pm ( level 1) -Upstairs Studio - Wednesday 6:30pm (level 2) - Upstairs Studio Te Horo Studio - Thursday 6:30pm (level 1)

Cancellation Policy

We are not a gym and do not have someone on the premise all day. Our instructors come in to take booked classes. For cancellations, please contact us at least 12 hours before class time to avoid being charged.
